So why is it a good idea to overclock the Router? My EA6300 is on 800 Mhz and works like a charm (except wifi range)...

could you do us a favor and take a look at usb compatibility? (usb 2.0 / 3.0)

Sorry, but my device is mounted behind some furniture and actually i am to comfortable to disamble this installation.

Waiting for a reply from Brice187 before i flash. Is the 3 reboot thingy something ddwrt could fix? Or does linksys have to do it?

The only times i rebooted the device were when i flashed new dd wr ...

New firmware came out today. i will give it a try and check if the wifi range is better now. stay tuned
