I'm also using my wrt160n v3 as a switch. no dhcp, no wifi.

You could try enabling days individually. I know you should not have to, but there is a nagging thought that might work.

The sticky date is the date it was created. Information can be updated regularly, and the date of the sticky will not change. You cannot tell the date of the contents by the date of the sticky. | |

The wiki indicates that the header had to be modified to flash and the returning to stock is problematic. You should read the wiki install guide, and all linked posts. | |
