One thing I am still not 100% clear on is whether the 'CPU Port' behaves like an 802.1q VLAN tagged interface

There is no NAT in IPv6, but you have to open a path in the Firewall. You cannot port forward. | |

No channel is set on a client. It adjust to the AP it connects to.
On your primary router set a static route to 192.168.1.0/24 via 192.168.0.109 |
