Mine is the same, but they're a lot dimmer. In daylight you have to get real close to see if the Power/Internet/2.4 LEDs are even lit. 5Ghz isn't as bad, and the LAN side is still bright.

You'll have to either keep trying your luck getting the backup firmware to load, or open it up and recover via serial cable.

TXD on your USB board needs to be connected to RX on the router, and RXD (USB) to TX (Router) - it looks like they're switched at the moment.

You should be getting much better than that, at 480Mhz mine bottlenecks a 200Mbps connection at ~110Mbps wired.

i have a 90/90Mbit fiber internet connection and with the original linksys firmware i get around 80Mbit down and 94Mbit up on wifi. But if i take my old wrt610n v2, then i get 94 down and 94 up again ...
