For Cisco E4200:Wiki says to do a 30/30/30 before the initial flash (while still on stock firmware).
Peacock thread says 30/30/30 does not work with stock firmware.

Yes, you have the correct order.

It there a specific feature you a looking for? 18946 is experimental, and is buggier than 14929, which is very stable.

Why do you want to upgrade?

When it was working, what client/repeater/bridge settings did you use?
