There's a problem in the second line:

/usr/sbin/iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i br0 -s ! 192.168.1.1 -p tcp --dport 80 -j DNAT --to 192.168.1.150:800

shoud be:

/usr/sbin/iptables -t nat -A PREROU ...
