Afaik that should be 9600 and not any flow control

Sorry if thais offends you, but
Are you sure you used proper RS232 device? I.e. the one that's working and has 3.3-5v levels. WRE is not capable of communicating directly with PC's COM port!

I had WL330g fora moment,it seemed to have 2MB flash chip. The best way to be sure is not to believe what web interface has said to you but to actually open the unit and find a flash chip datasheet.

Hey, it is an old obsolete radio. Fuck this radio. Stop trying. It will die any minute and you should buy a new model now.

Why so? People still use first WRT54G's and ASUS WL-500G's and they(me too) ...
