There are no cron problems in that build that I am aware of.
You have to describe your problem in detail.

I am running 14929 on wrt54gl and my config is very complex:
30 3 * * * root /tmp/custom. ...

It's quite annoying that such an essential service in unreliable in a good quality firmware.

Some routers show a fixed value for noise (maybe it's due to the drivers of the specific models that do not provide the info).
Are we sure we can compare snr if noise is a dummy value ?

After de-bricking, the router is NOT set to factory defaults. It keeps its old settings as it doesn't erase the nvram...

Just to be sure that router is reverted to factory settings, you should apply ...

Asus WL-520GU totally bricked due to wrong nvram settings.
At power on, lan and wan led are immediately stuck to solid green, power and wlan off (not even a blink).
Router not responding to ping, not ...

Wep encryption can use "open" or "shared" key authentication.
I have no problems with the first method.

Nothing wrong ... I used Wireless Security page to set "WEP" as encryption mode + the hex key; Advanced Security is supposed to ...

I updated to BS's V24 preSP2 build 11667 that has been reported to be a very stable version for client mode setups.

Sadly I've seen that the bug I described in this post shared key I had to save in m ...

I didn't know diversity can introduce a loss.
On the contrary I thought it was a plus, according to experiences with parabolic reflectors that suggest to use two antennas.
