Do you have any iptable commands setup?

You might try adding to the firewall section:

iptables -t nat -I POSTROUTING -o `get_wanface` -j SNAT --to `nvram get wan_ipaddr`

I have seen similar issues before. Check to confirm the Virtual Interface network configuration is set to "bridged" (wireless/basic settings/Virtual Interfaces).
