Is there a reason you are using 5 year old firmware?

Can you upgrade to something newer or is the hardware too old?

Must be the age of the hardware cause 24 is the highest version number listed ...

When I change the Tx power in the advanced settings it seems to stay the same on the status page (it says 18dbm no matter what). Is it really changing or is it staying the same?

Also if anyone cou ...

dont look, what your software tells you. just test throughput by copying a 500 MB file and see. (stock vs dd-wrt )

you may also try a newer DD-WRT build.

wrt310n 1.0 / 2.0 ?

I'll try a copy a ...

If it says that setting is because of many clients and you have few clients, choose the opposite setting.

Always ...

Link rate might have been reported @ 105-150 on stock or whatever else you may have been using, but @ 1x1 MIMO max link rate is going to be between 65-75.

The rate I was getting was from my OS not ...

AFAIK all apple devices are 1x1 MIMO N, so they won't connect @ 300mbps if that is what you are trying to do.

Not trying to get to 300. Just trying to replicate what I think I had with the linksys ...
