At my place no probs's with the WRT54Gv2.

You might want to try Tomato firmware for a change.

Flash mini via GUI

check if working

hard reset router

Are you running in mixed mode or dedicated g-mode?

Are you using latest intel drivers?

We have 3 servers running , I can put a FIX IP on this 3 servers , but I would like to to it in the ROUTER , by maping some MAC x ...

A decent syslogdaemon can split the logs based on IP.

syslog-ng can...
kiwisyslogd also has no problems

The solution is simple:

configure utorrent on system one on port 23456
configure utorrent on system two on port 34567

configure your forwards ;)

You might want to use upnp to accomplish this...
