RT-N15 use a Ralink RT2880 which is not presently supported by dd-wrt.

Are you using the latest firmware? (as for times of this writing, 0516)

If not, update, its a little bit stable than earlier, if yes, try to reflash via redboot again. Some times it just gets messed ...

To add, I've used a few other routers in client/client bridge mode and all allow my xbox to log into xlink kai. The only constant has been the above-noted script and my main router (WRT54G v.2).

the longest i have had it up is about two days before i had to unplug it and let it cool down, however i did just add a 3300rpm fam and drilled some holes in it. so I will see if that changes anything ...
