got it. That's a timestamp (seconds) when the wan came up.
One needs to subtract them from the system uptime (cat /proc/uptime)
to get the wanuptime in seconds..

Nou sure what those numbers are yey, doesn't look like ant timestamp I know, but one could use the file's unix timest ...
