Thanks, that is more than helpful. Now for the 2nd part of my question. Is there a way to disable/turn off the wireless to the Guest/Public Virtual network without deleting it?

I will consider it, but I really don't want to have to be rebooting the router daily unnecessarily when it is much more stable than that. Doing 10 - 15 days would be more sensible for me.

I had to register and drop by to let you guys know exactly how to fix this. I just successfully unbricked my router by:
