Don't use tkip.It's OK to use TKIP in G mode. I had the same problem with 610 V1. It was overheating. Now I put it on 2 books so there is a space underneath. 10 days up without any problem.

And you should implement the loop back fix to have port forwarding working.That's not correct. Port forwarding works even without fix. Just don't try it from inside the LAN. The loopback is not workin ...

It looks like you have Remote Access - Web GUI Management enabled. Try to disable it.

That's a hardware limitation. There is one N radio that could be setup on 2.4 or 5 GHz and second radio is B/G only on 2.4 GHz.
