USB external storage on RT-N13U v1 (dead links)

I'm attempting to follow the guide for setting up external USB storage to the RT-N13U (v1) at http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Asus_RT-N13U#Mounting_File_System_for_External_Storage using the gouryella instructions, but all the links to the required drivers @ home.karneval.cz are dead.

Some of the files needed are:

http://home.karneval.cz/10102207/fs.gz
http://home.karneval.cz/10102207/optware-install.sh

Is there anywhere else I can get these files from?
