PicoStation - Activated with SuperChannel - Still TRIAL

I installed DD-WRT on a PicoStation M2HP as I have before. Activated with SuperChannel and all went as it should upon reboot it asked me for a new username and password again and shows is in Trial mode. Went to Activation screen but the System Key is different now and I cant try to activate again. What do I need to do? I am onsite and need to replace a bad unit.

should be fixed in the latest beta.
