I'm trying to get dnsmasq to resolve internal dns for "hostname" (currently not working) as well as "hostname.mydomain" (currently working). I understand this is a function of the dnsmasq option "expand-hosts".
I added "expand-hosts" to my dnsmasq additional options in the webui, save/apply/reboot, but expand-hosts does not get built into my /tmp/dnsmasq.conf. If I try "nvram show | grep expand-hosts", I can see dhcpd_options=expand-hosts. But it never gets built into /tmp/dnsmasq.conf.
Anybody know how I can make ddwrt build expand-hosts into my dnsmasq config? Thanks!
