Vlan wierdness. I am trying to trouble shoot a freeradius authentication problem with my routers and some ubiquity cpes. So I starting comparing settings among 3 of my wzr-1750 routers and 1 Dlink-DIR880L. I came a across some wierdness under the vlan tab. Since I have not messed with the vlan settings ever, I am curious why my routers have different info. I have a picture, maybe some of you guys can chime in. Also I believe red tab means nothing is connect, green is fully connected but what is yellow? Maybe uplink?

Also, if I try to change assigned bride to lan or none, then my router can no longer be accessed via lan. Wifi works still.

Green -- Gigabit connection connected
Yellow -- 10/100 Megabit connection
Red -- Nothing is connected

I have noticed that a few gigabit connections will show Yellow when the machine is powered off (this may be a low power state of the NIC)

Any thoughts on the lynk 0, 1, 2 they are different in the pictures. on 3 the lan ports are checked and set to none on link status 0. Another they one is on link status 1 chrcked and set to lan. Now these all appear to be working, but if I try to change them then the lan ports go down and I have to reset to configure. The reason I am asking is the one odd ball one on the bottom left, the freeradius appears to be working with ubiquitys new airmax firmware 5.6.4 and above. But the other routers radius authentication is failing on 5.6.4 and above. So I am trying to figure out why. Is there a difference in the router configurations and at this time, this is the only real difference I can find.

If I run airmax 5.6.3 or lower the radius authentication works on all 4 routers. I thought originally maybe it was an airmax firmware problem and it may be, howewever 5.6.4 and above work on the router in the bottom left corner and not the others.

FreeRadius is not creating a log file so I cannot check it. Anyone know how to turn this on?
