Superchannel activation or donation?

Hi,
I made a donation via the "Donation" button in my router GUI but I received an email with a refund that point me to another website in order to make the donations from UE, because of the taxes and typical UE's blabla/laws Very Happy I just want to make a 10/20€ donation but I've seen the superchannel activation, it is the same as make a donation plus I can try it, or the EU laws apply a tax also on this purchase? Thanks!
