WRT1900ACS vs. EA8500 - whose OpenVPN will faster?

Tell me, please:

WRT1900ACS vs. EA8500: of whose router the OpenVPN Client will faster?

LINKSYS WRT1900ACS router (Marvell 88F6820 @1600)

or

LINKSYS EA8500 router (Qualcomm IPQ8064 @1400)

The problem is: I heard the Qualcomm's processors frequency "must" be "understood" as nominated + 25%. So 1400*1.25=1750; and in addition the EA8500 router are presented as AC2600. So, the @1750 is more than @1600 and AC2600 is more than 1900AC.

So, it seems as the EA8500 router is more fast... So, the OpenVPN Client on this router will more effectively...

Is all this true??? Thank you all for helping!!!
