Quick question.

Is there planned support to be made available for the D-Link DIR-879 AC1900 EXO router.

If so - do you know what the timeline is like for its implementation? Or if it is already available where I can find it!

I also purchased this router. So far quite happy with it, but I'm looking forward to messing around with dd-wrt on it. Can't imagine its high on the priority list though, but I'll keep my eye on the forums.

dir.869 is already ported right now. for dir-879 i'm talking with dlink rightnow. the bad thing. the original firmware seem to be encrypted. i dont know yet how

It will never be dd-wrt supported, it is based on a hardware platform that dd-wrt does not build for.
