Router: R8000
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r30700M kongac (09/27/16)
Kernel: Linux 4.4.22 #128 SMP Tue Sep 27 22:44:00 CEST 2016 armv7l
Status: Working
Reset: After Upgrade, Erase NVRAM & Manually Configure
Errors: Progressive increase of TX errors in the past 3 builds. Interestingly the errors are only on wl1 and wl2, but none on wl0 (this is why I did not notice it until last week). I attached screenshot from my router showing TX errors. Is anyone else with R8000 seeing these errors on wireless?
Last build where I did not have errors was build 30600 (from 9/9/16). I will revert to that build for now.
Router Model: Netgear R6400
Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r30700M kongac (09/27/16)
Kernel Version: Linux 4.4.22 #128 SMP Tue Sep 27 22:44:00 CEST 2016 armv7l
Flash: Webflash from r30695M
Reset: 'Reset to default settings' on upgrade, nvram erase; reboot
Errors: None so far (60 minutes), it seems my DDNS and IPv6 and Synology DSM is solved too.
Thanks Kong! The Radius issue is gone in the new r30700M* version.
I am still using 30560M on my R8000. It is up 21days now. In the past, R8000 rebooted every a few days (4 days the most). Tx/RX errors seem modest:
wl0:
Received (RX) 100% 481701 OK, 28 errors
Transmitted (TX) 100% 1330710 OK, 259 errors
Only problem is that httpd is dead from time to time.

For the past ~12 hours I've been running 30700M on both my R8500 (in router mode) and WZR-1750DHP (as an Ethernet-connected access point). Very few transmit errors on any radio, and everything seems to be working splendidly. Thanks, Kong.

i noticed qos is applied behind privoxy now but i'm not seeing the same low-latency bufferbloat behind privoxy like i do without privoxy. (tested using dslreports.com/speedtest)

Having all 8 SSIDs isn't working with this build on the R7000. I do have 6 SSIDs (WL0 + 3 VWLAN & WL1 + 1 VWLAN) working. WL1 radio was causing strange issues with 2 or 3 VWLANs on WL1 where WL0.3 SSID was on the WL1 radio and WL1.3 was missing plus no device could not connect to WL1 radio.
I'm going to jump back to Build 30600 and report back...
Update...
With Build 30600 all 8 SSIDs work.
Radio Drivers are the same for both 30600 & 30700...

Just updated my two R7000s via ddup --flash-latest and all seems to be good. QoS is working on the gateway, speeds are normal and stable. So far so good. _________________ Deployed Routers:
Netgear R7800 - 1x build 46979
- Gateway (USB /w Entware, CAKE QoS)
Netgear R7000 - 3x build 46979
EA6700 + Vortex CFE OK there (previous build was not booting at all).
Except that now IPv6 is missing
ip6tables -t mangle -A FORWARD -p tcp -m tcp --tcp-flags SYN,RST SYN -j TCPMSS --clamp-mss-to-pmtu
for tunnels which makes it pretty much unuseable without it

I have a R8500 as well, first Kong built on it was 30695, for some reason I was still seeing stock SSID NETGEAR91 and NETGEAR91-5G. Kong advised me to erase nvram which I did, then installed 30700 then erase nvram but I'm still seeing the 2 stock SSID.
Any clue why I'm having such behavior? btw I'm flashing using web browser
Thx for feedback

I changed the SSID's on my R8500 to what I wanted when I setup the wifi. Don't remember what default was and didn't care. _________________ Segment 1 XR700 10Gb LAN, 1Gb WAN ISP BS

It would be yery strange if CFE copies values from netgears special flash area to nvram and dd-wrt has currently no way of doing this. If that's the case it might be a bug in the cfe.
On the other hand, we had people before, that used ios to setup the router and their browser always filled in old values, e.g. an old password.
Are you sure the ssid was correct for some time and it just reverted to netgear ssid, without any interaction with the webif. _________________ KONG PB's: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/
