WDR4300 5 Ghz Lost connection DD-WRT v3.0-r30731

I have a:
Router ModelTPLINK TL-WDR4300 v1
Firmware Version DD-WRT v3.0-r30731 std (10/06/16)
Kernel VersionLinux 3.10.103 #2292 Thu Oct 6 04:05:30 CEST 2016 mips

After a couple of hour using I lost 5 GHz network, If a scan 5 ghz band I cannot see it.

Also happens if I "over Use" wifi "trasnfering files".

MY 5Ghz setup:
N Only
HT40
WPA2
ShortGI
ShortPreamble
Region: Canada/spain (tested both)
Differents bands.
TX Power 20 dbm

Any clue?

Try 30880, also unshort GI&Preamble

but i read 30880 is unastable with WDR4300.

Same problems after install, wifi 5 GHZ drops.

30880 installed on WRT4300 v1
after several tests of network connection speed (sppedtest.net) at 5GHz, connection was lost Sad
