Hello after bouncing between Tomato and dd-wrt I decided to stay with the latter. Something is weird.

I have a Netgear r7000

DD-wrt loads fine. If I go into basic setup and change the name and try to save it the device is not found. If I edit the url line back to 192.168.1.1 with no menu after it I am ok.

I flashed from Tomato to DD-wrt (Kong) with seemly no problems. Any help is appreciated.

First, never go from third part to third part firmware. Always flash stock in between.
Can you telnet into it and issue erase nvram?

Also try a different browser.
