i flashed with /betas/2017/02-07-2017-r31277/Belkin-F5D8235-4_v2/ latest dd-wrt firmware its now bricked
i managed to connect to this device wireless but i cant connect via ethernet cable nor light to connected ports on?
only wifi is working?

Have you tried resetting it?
Telnet into it over wifi, type erase nvram then reboot.

i used user and password admin admin i can log through web but when i connect via command prompt it tells me wrong Login incorrect.

Telnet username is always root. Password is whatever you set up.

cant evn flash with any firmware via web it fails at 3%?

What's the version number? Different versions of this router have different Ethernet switch controllers, which may not be supported.
