I'm on 31240M best build so far... Though still trying to figure out how to get DNSCrypt to work with my static DNS setup (OpenDNS/GoogleDNS). Please help Sad

I just tried this version - went back to 30910M - it seemed that VPN was not working, could not get it to connect to ipVanish.

VPN is working, but your custom config is not valid anymore for the new openvpn 2.4.

Well I tried again with no successl - I have nothing complicated in the VPN setup, just followed the instructions on the ipVanish website for dd-wrt routers. The old version works and this one at the moment does not for some reason, will wait until someone figures it out. Thanks.

Found the answer in another post - had to remove the additional config settings, and then reboot, now it seems to be working.

31500M works really well though Kong released another update 02/24 same build number.

Kong- was it to fix the QAM256 support?

Went back to build 31240M.
I was getting timeouts while loading web pages on wifi. I even tried resetting to factory defaults from within the GUI but it didn't help.
I didn't try an nvram erase.

LOL you did beat me to it, pretty excited since BS build 31571 works quite well except a minor temperature display issue.

Wondering if this Kong build included the performance tweak in changeset 31573 http://svn.dd-wrt.com/changeset/31573

Also notice that Kong build doesn't have update kernel (3.18.48 #79 vs. 3.18.48 #125 in BS build)

That's the same kernel the number after # is the compile count, I compiled the kernel source tree 79 times, BS 125.

build 31240M very stable (R7500v2)

Setup -> Networking -> Apply Settings
has sporadic misfires returning correct/current status
can take multiple "apply" to return full set up changes

both radios performance stable. no/minimal dropouts.
USB mounts with NTFS work fine.
