Hi..
...Flashed my fresh Linksys WRT3200ACM with Build 31544 (2/28/17) radio's turned Off....and now it shuts down my PC after few minutes Windows 10 Pro big red shut notice with 5-minute notice......WTF???? This is my second 3200....first was a pain with dropped radios so exchanged....almost ready to toss....
Any idea what may be causing/fix this??? Thank you for any help......

Until the FOSS mac80211 driver is updated with full, working support for the WRT3200ACM, it is advised to avoid installing third party firmware.

There are numerous issues that are considered critical to fix—so much so that Marvell is forced to re architect their FOSS driver. It's a needed refresh though, as it's in a pathetic state.

Supposed release date for full support for the WRT3200ACM is late March, according to Marvell. Wait for commits on this page.
