Not in that way that you are maybe expect.
Its just possible to allow/deny access for a fixed time period, not for a summary hour over the complete day or somethings like this.
I am sure this is not what you want.
Maybe a better way is to limit the bandwidth per device with QoS. In combination with block some sites for a time period with the access restrictions, maybe facebook between the pauses. |

you can also use Gargoyle OS for routers in case if your router is compatible and supports it, inside Gargoyle there is a setting called "Quotas", there you can limit by few options, i know nothing else that accurate that router is capable of , with DD-WRT you can set a QoS, or Hotspot/Watch Dog, but even thou its not what you are looking exactly... _________________ Atheros
