Router TPLINK TL-WDR4300 v1

Firmware Version DD-WRT v3.0-r31825 std (04/06/17)

Kernel Version Linux 3.10.105 #30840 Thu Apr 6 01:33:05 CEST 2017 mips

Status: OK
Reset: No
Errors: None

Up 3 days now, Voip,Forwarded ports,4 ip cams,4 port switch connected,5 lan computers,2 wireless laptops, tablets, phones, my flakey android tab doesn't like 5GHz but newer stuff is fine!
All in all, running great "gui" seams more responsive.
Thanks To Developers for this build.

Router: Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r31825 std (04/06/17)
Kernel: Linux 3.10.96 #16689 Mon Feb 1 01:10:30 CET 2016 mips
Status: OK after TFTP recovery / TFTP FW upgrade
Reset: erase nvram
Errors: Brick on webupgrade

As far as I can tell, despite not being a full comprehensive test of all Firmware functions, the basic stuff works OK, WIFI stability seems solid and there are no disconnects so far after 24 hours of flashing.

Only issue is upgrading from r29346 to -r31825 via web interface bricks unit.

Originally I was on Buffalo DDWRT official firmware version V24-SP2 build 19484 Beta and it web upgraded to r29346 just fine.

Did some digging again, found this report http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/4742 and it still seems to apply.

Router Model: Netgear WNDR3700v2
Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r31825 std (04/06/17)
Kernel Version: Linux 3.10.105 #30904 Thu Apr 6 02:51:57 CEST 2017 mips
Status: OK
Reset: No
Errors:
1. httpd (GUI) starts with semi-random port (e.g. "httpd -p isabled") until I restart httpd (I use 'stopservice httpd', 'startservice httpd'). This happens on every reboot.

2. udhcpc does not start, so there is no automatic WAN address received via DHCP. This does not happen on subsequent reboots, only after firmware upgrade, power cycle. Workaround: change WAN connection to "Static IP", apply settings, and change it back to "Automatic Configuration - DHCP" and apply settings again. Now ps shows me that udhcpc started:
2301 root 1168 S udhcpc -i eth1 -p /var/run/udhcpc.pid -s /tmp/udhcpc -O routes -O msstaticroutes -O staticroutes

Both issues have existed in previous builds going back to at least r30826.

Otherwise, this build seems good.

Router: TP-Link TL-WR1043ND v1 [Atheros AR9132 rev 2]
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r31825 std (04/06/17)
Status: Kind of working...
Reset: No
Errors: Yes

After upgrading via webupdate from 30880 entered bootloop, but powercycling rescued the situation.

When it works it works much faster than 30880, but after some time it stops restponding on DNS queries for ~2 minutes, and then starts to work again. It seems that connecting a new WiFi client hangs the dnsmasq daemon.

Router is configured as an gateway with WiFi AP. It also acts as a local DNS server:
Used Domain: LAN & WLAN
LAN Domain: lan.mydomain.com
DNSMasq: Enable
Local DNS: Enable
No DNS Rebind: Enable
Query DNS in Strict Order: Enable
Add Requestor MAC to DNS Query: Disable
Additional DNSMasq Options:
local=/lan.mydomain.org/
expand-hosts

mydomain.org is an existing domain.

Heres the log output:
Code:

USB storage does not mount.

Ext3 and Ext4 formatted USB disks don't seem to be recognised or supported. The ext3.ko and ext4.ko modules seem to be missing in the modules directory.

On Services->USB says "/dev/sda1 mounted to /tmp/mnt/sda1", but there is nothing there.

Router: Netgear WNDR3800

Version Kernel: Linux 3.10.105 #30904 Thu Apr 6 02:51:57 CEST 2017 mips
Status: OK
Reset: No
Errors: None so far, however I noticed my router CPU usage is around 69% (it is running OpenVPN, so this could be the reason why.)

Here is my current Router Information

Quote:

Router: WZR-HP-G300NH v1
Firmware: DD-WRT v24SP2-MULTI (07/15/12) std - build 19484
Kernel: Linux buffalo 3.3.8 #1382 Sun Jul 15 17:28:16 CEST 2012 mips GNU/Linux

CPU
CPU Model Atheros AR9132 rev 2 (0xb9)
CPU Clock 400 MHz

Now I Just un-dust this one out of a box in the basement.

Was hopping to upgrade to the latest, but I see there are issues with Webupgrade. Just TFTP work on this device.
I want to help the developers getting this issue solved.
How can I test the upgrade and log everything in the process, and see whats going on?
And report back with some useful information perhaps.

Thanks.

Why do recent builds keep changing my choice of 5GHz channel on my WNDR3700v2 from 44+48 to 48+44 after the router has been powered up a few hours?

(It still shows 44+48 in the settings but status shows 48+44 and that does seem to be what it's doing)

(If I choose 36+40 it seems to stay properly as 36+40)
