This problem is occurring on Router1 (AC66U) from my signature. It happened with build 30949 and I tried upgrading to 31825 and reproduced the problem again.
Prior to enabling USB httpd would launch itself upon reboot with -p 80, afterward httpd would launch as -p 0, or -p with no argument, or something else random that isn't -p 80 or httpd by itself with default port. This means the config webpage is unusable until I SSH in and restart httpd.
I tried to reproduce the issue on my E4200 but it seems to keep the correct port after reboots.
I'm unable to find where DD-WRT launches httpd on startup, so I'm out of ideas on what else to try. _________________ Modem: SB6121, Comcast Blast 75/10.

Here's a slight update in case anyone is interested: I made the USB changes to set up bwmon (running as a user page under httpd, no additional http service installed).
Prior to setting up bwmon, I had the info page disabled. This caused problems accessing the bwmon page, so to resolve it I enabled the info page and password protected it.
Since making that change, bwmon works, and reboots so far are bringing httpd up properly with -p 80. I guess there is some bug in DD-WRT caused by mounting USB to /jffs and/or creating a user page in httpd, while the info page is disabled. _________________ Modem: SB6121, Comcast Blast 75/10.
