My current configuration:

Site -A-
Main Router WRT1900AC v1 Kong's 31100M firmware
SoftEther VPN (tap_soft interface)

Code:
tap_soft  Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:AC:DF:0F:77:00
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:1188 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:3355 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:500
          RX bytes:69348 (67.7 KiB)  TX bytes:265732 (259.5 KiB)

Site -B-
Edimax NANO Router 192.168.2.1 LOCAL IP (192.168.3.2 WAN IP, 192.168.20.106 LT2P IP)
(Makes L2TP connection via WAN port)
TP-Link WR741ND (DDWRT) 192.168.3.1 (Local IP) -> Internet

Edimax NANO Router has DUAL WAN. I added static route. I can easily ping 192.168.3.1 (I tested after L2TP connection I can ping 3.1)
From Site A I can ping 192.168.20.106
But looks like I have to add a static route for Main Router. Because I cannot ping 192.168.3.1 from Site -A- How can I do that?

I need to redirect all 192.168.3.0/24 traffic from site A to Site b via 192.168.20.106. Please help me. Thanks.
