Ok... so I managed to somehow connect to PPPOE by connecting to AP first and seting router in Client mode and then connecting to PPPOE in Status>WAN. And I have a working connection because LAN cable is still connected to my PC...
There is no way to connect other devices since there is no Wireless broadcast from the router
I can attach images from my router interface.

it makes no sense to me. You are talking about wifi repeater, but you have Grid (directional) antenna? It could work... In theory... just add VAP https://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Multiple_WLANs you will loose MIMO for sure:)
It all worked great, and all of the sudden connection slowed down...
On my phone it was reconnecting a few times in a row, like that VAP was turning on and off fast...

"I told you so..."
singal between you and your WISP is not very good...
Can you see your signal level on WISP's side (they usually have some kind of web app that you can access with credentials they gave you)...
from D4:CA:6D MAC (ath0 connects as a client) I can see they use Mikrotik Routerboard
WISP's usually ban users when signal level drops below -70dBi, so I assume that your VAP disappears when that happens...
maybe
p.s. and don't expect bandwidth greater then 5Mbps...
