For Wireless Network Mode use 'Mixed' or 'NG-Mixed'
and
set the wireless on a specific channel
and
make sure you are using correct 'Regulatory Domain' for this HTC device ... whatever country it was purchased in... some devices are just picky that way
that don't help then set 'Sensitivity Range (ACK Timing) to 900
Also wifi security should be using WPA2 Personal with AES
