Hi Folks,
i ask for your assistance for a problem I can't solve for myself.
My router:
Model: Dlink DIR-860L, Firmware "B"
Version: dd-wrt r29739
I use this dd-wrt router at a branch location:
IP: 192.168.101.0/24
Router: 192.168.101.254
OpenVPN-IP: 192.168.201.6
WAN-IP: 192.168.11.1
The main destination:
IP: 192.168.50.0/24
Router: 192.168.50.30
OpenVPN-IP: 192.168.201.5
The problem:
Client at main destination (192.168.50.134) is asking dd-wrt router at branch destination for snmp.
192.168.50.134 -> 192.168.101.254:161/UDP
Result:
192.168.50.134 gets the answer, but not from ip 192.168.101.254 but 192.168.201.6. The firewall at 192.168.50.134 doesn't accept the answer, because the answer is not coming from asked ip.
No problem:
Client at main destination (192.168.50.134) is asking dd-wrt router at branch destination for ssh.
Result:
192.168.50.134 gets the answer form 192.168.101.254. This is working. Same with http, icmp (ping).
Attached you find a screenshot of wireshark so you get the picture.
Anybody out there, who can guide me to the right direction?
Thank you very much! If more information is needed, let me know!
