Question on cascading routers

Different question from my other one..

I setup 2 routers cascading with router 1's (fios) LAN port connected to router 2's (ddwrt) WAN port with different subnets and DHCP on both routers. I have router 2 set with a static ip on router 1.

Is there a way to set this static ip to block access to other computers connected to router 1 and only have internet access?
