I have a NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 AC3200 router. A storm recently came through and a lightning strike went through the CAT5 in the house, and took out the internet port on the router. I was wondering if it is possible with DD-WRT to backfeed internet through one of the four LAN ports on the router. Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Yes.

But it'll get complicated QUICKLY.

You'll need the startup script to move the WAN to another port (or vlan), ie. "nvram set wan_ifname=vlan10"

and then set that port in the vlan interface window for that vlan,

then make sure the WAN port on the networking page (after a reboot) is set to that interface.

Give that a try.

go to Setup>Networking>Port Setup>WAN Port Assignment>choose any corresponding to LAN ports... or you can use the other way to set it up...trough VLAN commands...
