WRT1900ACS LEDS BRIGHTNESS. HELP!!!

Help I bought a WRT1900ACS used. As soon as the first three LEDs are lit, they have a low brightness. How can I fix it? I read around that there is a way to increase the brightness but I did not understand much. Please do not ignore my message
