Why new firmware high BufferBloat?

I have a Netgear WNDR-3800 my Internet speed 100/100Mb in settings QoS: Wan-HTB-FQ_CODEL- 51000/51000 Mb.
On old firmware: 03/07/2016 12:00 8,556,572 wndr3800-webflash.bin.
in test on http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest I have result A+A+A+.

In new firmware about 2 times more 15,867,932 with same settings, my result drop to A B A+ and a big BufferBloat.
Why?
