Setting up time problems

I got ACM3200 set up in client bridge mode using build 33215. I can't get time work correctly. I also got wrt1200ac in client bridge mode and it works fine. It looks like the time zones are messed up. It shows right time just wrong time zone. When I change time zone hour changes but it is all wrong. So I disabled NTP and put in time manually via putty but then on restart it resets to wrong time zone again. Any ideas ?
