Hello,

i just installed what i think is a stable build 31899. I recently switched ISP from cable to DSL. I've used the same exact settings as my last build but this time i am getting an "RECONNECTING_TLS-error"

can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?

my settings are:
PORT: 1194
Tunnel Device: TUN
Tunnel Protocol: UDP
Encryption: AES-256 CBC
Hash: SHA1
User Pass: enabled
TLS: None
LZO compression: Adaptive

After a lot of trial and error, this is the configuration that works best for me with ipVanish OpenVPN on 31924.

I will try using a newer build & try out that configuration. We'll see how it goes. i hope this is not happening because i have AT&T DSL instead of Cable internet.

Not anything you did.

Nord is known for their inconsistencies. If you haven't already - check out some of the posts from other Forum members who have Nord in the 'Advanced Networking' section.

Curious, which VPN do you prefer PIA or IP Vanish??? my subscription to NORD is up in a few weeks and id like to swap to something better.

Very happy with ipVanish.

I've never been with PIA so I can't give a first hand account, but from what I've read here on the Forum and other sites - good not great.

Once you get it setup it is very easy to use. I can turn my VPN on or off with 2 clicks using my desktop pc, my iPad or iPhone.

At the time I set mine up their instructions were very outdated.
