Lock Access by MAC and Static DHCP

I've decided to drop my smoothwall and use dd-wrt on my SOHO router. One plugin I used with SW was called MACVerify. Basically if you used static DHCP a user could not change their IP and circumvent access controls. If they did their host was not allowed to communicate with the WAN. Does dd-wrt have a feature like that?Or if you use static DHCP does the software automatically deny access if the MAC and IP don't match?

in DD-WRT you can set those limits via iptables commands saved in firewall script...
