Hi Guys,
Good day!
I have here 2 dlink router with dir 859 firmware but i decided to change its firmware into dd-wrt cause i found out that dir 859 is not applicable for bridge mode.
My query is, can anyone of you will help on how to configure this router so that they can communicate wireless?
I follow the instructions and successfully joined the CB to primary router but I have this problem, can't ping the wired device connected to the CB. Do you have suggestions or recommendations?
for you to imagine, we ping it without internet connection. We wanted to share files offline using those to routers wireless.
is anybody there! kindly help me. I now successfully joined two routers thru client bridged. here's now my problem, i can ping the primary router and the device connected to it but in reverse i may not able to ping the client bridge router and the device connected.
Do you know what's the cause?
Thanks! hope to receive your response.. this is for our project in our company.

Not for Primary router. Settings are for Client Bridge router
The reason you don't need those settings on Client Bridge router is they are handled by the primary router
Your primary router should be standard setup. _________________ DD-WRT Installation & Setup TUTORIAL http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=311117
