Faulty Linksys EA6500 help

Hi,
My router was bricked.
The led light continuosly the router doesn't start.
I tried to connect on serial port, but I recognize there is low voltage (0.9v) instead of 3.3v. (See the red dots in attached picture)
(Near the serial ports on ic with red dot I measured 0.9v also.)

The power adapter is ok. Can anybody help which parts need I to check on board to fix it?

Have anybody a block digram or power on circuit digram related to this router?
