Hi everyone,
I own a Linksys E3200 (Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-3.3-138 K26) wich is capable of WAN-LAN throughput of 586Mbps according to this review (https://www.smallnetbuilder.com/wireless/wireless-reviews/31499-new-to-the-charts-cisco-linksys-e3200-high-performance-dual-band-n-router?start=1). I upgraded to 400/25 Mbit connection but right now the router only manages a throughput of ~240/25 Mbit. Might this be an issue with Tomato firmware and can be fixed by flashing ddwrt or stock firmware? Would love to get my full speed without buying a new router.
I found this relativly new firmware (dd-wrt.v24-21061_NEWD-2_K2.6_big-nv60k.bin) for the E3200 in the DDWRT Router Database and would give it a try if this has better WAN->LAN throughput.
Decided to revert back to stock firmware and see how things will work. With stock I get full 400 Mbps passthrough without problems. Guess I have to give up on tomato/ddwrt to get full speed on my E3200
