I'm attempting to set up a second virtual interface on my WRT54GL running : DD-WRT v24 RC-3 (09/13/07) std.

Setting up the second interface seems to work as long as I don't attempt "Unbridged" mode. Unfortunately, thats my intention. I'm setting the IP address to 192.168.2.1 (the IP address of what? here i'm assuming its the router on this address) and the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0. Still, I don't get an address on the second interface. It doesn't work if I type in the address manually either.

Am I setting tihs up correctly or is this a prerelease bug?

look at the wiki to use vlans, which is what I assume you are trying to do

http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Detached_Networks_using_VLAN

If you want full communication between your vlans you could look into my post at
