This is what the EA8500 5GHz wifi has
AND I know nothing 'bout "supported card i.e Killer 1650x "

that is with newest build ...umm beyond newest pub release -- it is r47497 Twisted Evil

With EA8500 I know whom to consult on. R7800 may be the darling of the community but EA8500 has its master. So it can do 80Mhz max which means max 866mbps on 2x2radio?
All my devices have max 2x2 radio

EA8500

IPQ8064 2 x 1,4ghz
1x CPU Port
2x QCA9980 (EOL since 6 years)

https://github.com/kvalo/ath10k-firmware/tree/master/QCA99X0/hw2.0

supports max 80Mhz

R7800

IPQ8065 2 x 1,7ghz
2x CPU Ports
2x QCA9984 (active lifecycle)

supports 80Mhz / 80+80Mhz / 160Mhz

apart from that 80+80 and VHT160 are rubbish anyway
i have not seen any dd-wrt build where 80+80 or 160 has the same or higher throughput than VHT80 4x4

theoretically they have the same data rates

VHT80 4x4 = 1733Mbit
VHT160 2x2 = 1733Mbit

but practically I have the best throughput with VHT80 4x4 (stable ~900Mbit)

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/211610/intel-killer-wifi-6-ax1650-is.html
It is a 2x2 card, so therotically I can reach 1733Mbit with VHT160 with R7800? Has anyone ever achieved that?
Is there any 4x4 laptop card with Bluetooth? I don't think so.
I am most concerned with LAN to WiFi performance.own a synology NAS so want many max performance out of it.
Wan performance is not my concern.

yes VHT80 2x2 has a maximum data rate of 866Mbit that is net 550-600Mbit

the EA8500 can't do more anyway, because the processor is too slow for 4x4

The R7800 has with VHT80 4x4 ~100% CPU load at 800Mbit (TX)
RX it manages ~930Mbit with VHT80 4x4

If I subtract 20% CPU power from the R7800 then I get 640Mbit TX for the EA8500 (as fast as VHT80 2x2)

160Mhz are not supported by the EA8500
The R7800 supports 160Mhz but you only get advantages if you use the Netgear firmware.
With DD-WRT firmware VHT160 is not faster than VHT80 (sometimes even slower).

so VHT160 is pretty useless
80+80 is even more useless (no client supports this except professional hardware)

Edit: I measure this on the R7800 with VHT160 2x2 TX

[SUM] 0.00-101.63 sec 7.96 GBytes 672 Mbits/sec

But fluctuates between 550 and 750Mbit

with the Netgear firmware manages the R7800 stable ~950Mbit

Someone had also tested with an intel AX201 and received about the same results

I was able to achieve 510Mbits with Samsung galaxy note 10(2x2 stream) connected to RT-AC68U running tomato 2021.5.
Does netgear firmware support client mode?
I want maximum Lan to Wi-Fi performance over 5ghz radios(only limitation being gigabit port) and a stable 2.4ghz connection it can be as low as 2Mbits but should be stable, connected in client mode to my solar inverter.

I can not tell you exactly, it's been a while since I had the Netgear firmware on the router.
The WLAN settings are rather basic / think somewhere there was a bridge mode

At such times, RTFM comes in handy. https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/R7800/202-11596-03_R7800_UM_22Jan2016.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjZ8f24667zAhXqyIsBHY_RDZQQFnoECAYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2l4Vc-MKktFN9B8MMguAtL
