I realize this is a simple task however the process is 2 gateways one for normal traffic and one for any other traffic that is to be separate to the internet.

I believe the first gateway is the configuration in this discussion. The attached second gateway is the other and are there any settings on this to ensure the translation to the secondary gateway including access to specific ports are accessible (53, 442...)

Example 10.0.20.1 main gateway
10.0.22.1 as secondary
host 10.0.20.1 sets the secondary to get an ip (wan address) 10.0.20.253 to the secondary gateway.

Setting the Vlan of primary to 30 then the wan on the secondary gateway needs to be tagged also or not? Does the main gateway the Vlan set to port 4 need to be 30 and tagged and also the secondary needs the WAN set to Vlan 30 and tagged to make the traffic flow?

Main gateway
Port 4 set to Vlan 30 (tagged?)
Second gateway
WAN set to Vlan 30 and tagged to all 4 ports and WLAN.

I split your hijack into a separate thread and linked the previous thread in your post. A diagram of what you're trying to resolve would probably help here for those who can't translate text into an image. It sounds as if you are wanting a separate IoT or guest network, but I cannot be sure. Does your ISP require separate VLANs on the WAN for separate services? Or is this strictly to separate traffic on the LAN and send it all out via the WAN normally or via VPN? Details help us help you. Thanks.

The WAN port only needs to be tagged on the main router, which is certainly the only router connected to the WAN (real WAN).

Here is the current thread.
