Thanks for your answer. Activation was done and different versions were installed. but the result did not change. It works fine when I install stock firmware and openwrt.
System logs / serial logs would help determine the problem, possibly. _________________ "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

yeah logs would be good. in addition you have to consider that i never had a v2 in my hands. just a v1. so the port was made for a v1. for v2 i dont have any details about the hw. usually its very easy to port as it seems if just a card is not detected. but cannot say anything without some logs. according to my infos the v2 has just a wave2 chipset so its likelly it wont work since the wave 2 chipset firmware is not included. so this should be easy to fix
btw:
i included now the wave 2 firmware for this 355v2 into the firmware bin with some modifications (by guess). so i hope next firmware release will work (should be released today) _________________ "So you tried to use the computer and it started smoking? Thank you very much for your answer. I haven't had time to enter the forum for a while. I'll try it right away and let you know. Thank you very much for your interest.
Thank you for your interest. I installed the firmware, but the wireless tab disappeared. I added the syslog logs of the wireless working version and the latest software that is not working.
thanks.

For what it's worth, on my R7800 I had problems with some of the December, 2023 builds where the 5G radio would not come up. I could see it in the UI, but it would not show up on any devices so I could not connect to it. However, those problems are gone as of the latest January 2024 build. @UnicornStallion: The device was not officially supported until 54682. The log shows no wifi hardware initialized on the current release.
So it is supported now? As of 54682? All I am saying is that 5G in my Atheros based router worked, then broke, but works again with the latest January build. _________________ - Netgear R7800 -- OpenWRT 23.05.2
