Overclocking is removed from the GUI but you should still be able to manually overclock.

How to? nvram get only returns that i have choices 800 and 333mhz as the gui says. I was following the overclock guide on dd-wrt so no luck there. I normally adjust cpufreq in linux under /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/..... but that is not there.

From command line:
Code:
nvram get clkfreq (get current clock rate)
nvram set clkfreq=1000,333
nvram set overclocking=1000
nvram commit
reboot

Worked for me, change settings to your prefered.

Best not change the memory clock speed ie:333

My understanding was that BrainSlayer removed overclocking from GUI because people were bricking their unit.

Use at your own risk.

@bushant is correct. See also the wiki: https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Overclocking

There is an overclocking patch made for the GUI by me but it is not generally available:

Thank you!!!!
It appears I had missed "nvram set clkfreq=" command.
Kinda confusing in the tutorial because it just sets it to the same clkfreq as what it was so I thought that was pointless.

whats our max safe speeds with a fan?
